Our reporting is clear and straightforward, providing all the necessary information required by a property owner in order gauge performance. Pantheon delivers comprehensive financial reporting and forecasting: monthly statements of operations; annual operating and cash flow budgets; develop estimated and reconcile CAM amounts; monthly, quarterly or annual reports; rent collection; lease interpretations and enforcement; and accounting services. Pantheon’s reporting includes institutional-level data: current rent rolls, cash flow statements, bank reconciliations, general ledgers and receivables. In addition, Pantheon also provides frequent updates regarding tenant delinquencies and recommend legal action – when other efforts have been exhausted – to resolve while maintaining positive relationship with tenants. Our approach is fair but always firm.
