Ken Cohen

Ken Cohen, founder, President, and CEO of Pantheon, has been involved in the real estate business for over 36 years; repositioning, remediating, developing and managing properties encompassing millions of square feet throughout the eastern seaboard. Ken’s expertise and creativity in property development, management, environmental remediation, energy efficiency, and strategic financing is tantamount to Pantheon’s success.

Gary Capetta

Gary Capetta oversees Pantheon’s third-party leasing & advisory services and along with brokerage activities for Pantheon’s in-house portfolio. During his 37 year tenure in the industrial arena Gary has developed a special niche representing clients in the food industry, along with those in port-related, supply chain and e-commerce companies. Due to Gary’s breadth of experience in diverse transactions, he is able to provide holistic guidance and unique industry insight to developers, investors, and occupiers.

Matt Corpuel

Matt Corpuel joined Pantheon in 2015 after 17 years at CBRE. In partnership with Gary Capetta, Matt oversees day-to-day activities for Pantheon’s leasing and advisory practice. Matt represents many third-party occupants and property owners throughout the metropolitan region. During his 25 year tenure in industrial real estate, Matt has established a stellar reputation for his unwavering dedicating to clients and overall market knowledge.
