Executive Team

Ken Cohen

Ken Cohen, founder, President, and CEO of Pantheon, has been involved in the real estate business for over 36 years; repositioning, remediating, developing and managing properties encompassing millions of square feet throughout the eastern seaboard. Ken’s expertise and creativity in property development, management, environmental remediation, energy efficiency, and strategic financing is tantamount to Pantheon’s success.

Gary Capetta

Gary Capetta joined Pantheon in April 2006 as Principal. Gary manages broker and landlord relations for Pantheon and sources new investment opportunities for the company, in addition to overseeing the leasing and brokerage activities for our portfolio and third parties. During his 30-year tenure in the commercial brokerage industry, Gary has worked on behalf of dozens of local and national companies-playing a pivotal role in transactions that total over 25 million square feet exceeding an aggregate value of over $1.4 billion with almost 2.5 million square feet transacted over the past 24 months.

Matt Corpuel

Matthew Corpuel joined Pantheon in early 2015 as a Senior Vice President of Leasing and Advisory Services, after 17 years at CBRE, Inc. In addition, Matt interfaces with Pantheon’s large and diverse tenant base ensuring that they’re receiving the best service possible, with 100% tenant retention being the goal. Matt represents many clients throughout the Tri-state region and helps them to achieve all of their real estate goals and objectives.”
